Exchange your tickets

NO service charges for exchanges. If you cannot attend your concert, return the tickets to the box office at least 24 hours prior to your currently ticketed concert (three hours for fax exchanges). We’ll exchange your 2007|08 tickets for another Master Chorale concert through May 18, 2008, subject to seat availability.

Exchanges are not available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.

1. In person at the Box Office.

Exchanging in person offers you the flexibility to choose from a wider selection of seating options. The Walt Disney Concert Hall Box Office is open Tue–Sun, noon–6 pm.

2. By mail to the Box Office.

Enclose your tickets with the Ticket Exchange Form. Fill out the requested information and mail to

Indicate the new concert you wish to attend along with one alternate date in case your first choice is sold out. Include a form of payment in case a price difference is due. Mail your exchange at least 10 days in advance to ensure that we receive your tickets in time. Please note the Box Office does not receive weekend mail delivery. Include day and evening phone numbers in case we need to contact you. Orders received less than 10 days prior to the concert will be held at the Disney Hall Box Office will call window.

3. By fax to 213-687-8238 beginning one week before your concert.

Emergency fax exchanges can be made beginning one week before your currently ticketed concert. Fax exchanges are accepted up until 4 pm before an evening concert.

Cut your tickets in half lengthwise and attach them to the Ticket Exchange Form. Be sure to include credit card information for payment. Photocopy the form with the tickets and fax to 213-687-8238.
