The growing popularity of Walt Disney Concert Hall stretched our ability to quickly serve patrons during the fall. This month we are installing new phone capabilities for ticket buying that will more than double the number of phone lines. Customer Specialists will now be able to help you purchase exact seat locations by phone. Call 213-972-7282 from 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Or if inside California, call toll free, 800-787-5262.
To accommodate the improvements, the Administrative Office phone number is changing to 213-972-3110.
