
Stephen Sondheim has spent his 30-year career writing the music and/or lyrics for some of America’s best-loved musicals. In addition, his genius extends to the motion picture and television industries where he has written songs, scores and scripts. He is one of the few artists to receive both Tony Awards and Oscars for his music, not to mention countless other accolades for his talents.
